OFCI SERVICE PHASES
Procurement
The front end planning of equipment and detailing out the programme / schedule is key for clients. XPM work with the construction managers and planners to understand the requirements and sequencing of the project.
Design
The XPM team work with the clients design teams and the equipment designers to align the design programme inputs. Maintaining communication lines & action capturing are key for design freeze objectives;
FWT & Transport
While in production the site team need to be continually engaged as well as the CxA. The XPM team ensure the FWT is well planned and forward planning continue for successful logistics and construction activities.
Site Install to IST
XPM work with the GC's & subcontractors to align with the construction permitting approval process. Whilst also managing the interfaces between trade to trade handovers & Cx management. We focus on the detail to get to IST.
