RETROFIT PROJECTS
The Plan
Working with operations stakeholders early to ensure what they are procuring will get executed with the most minimal disturbance to operations. XPM do detail phasing diagrams to explain complex programmes as simply as possible
Design
The XPM team work with the clients design teams and the equipment designers to align the design programme inputs. Maintaining communication lines & action capturing are key for design freeze objectives;
Permits & Security
XPM work on the permits at a minimum of 6 weeks in advance to communicate the plan to security & operations. The forward planning & open lines of communication are key on project launch day. We ensure teams are set up to start correctly.
Site Install to Handover
XPM ensure the permits and all the conditions of working in a live operational space are adhered to.
We make sure every crane and every delivery is where it should be. Planned shutdowns / isolations are agreed and the handover is achieved.
