Stapleton has more than 25 years of experience in construction project management, planning, procurement, contract management and delivery for international Data Center companies, mission critical & infrastructure projects. The seasoned professional has advised on projects across a variety of sectors, including mission critical, health, energy, transport, water and mining.

 

Prior to his appointment at XPM Partners, Stapleton was the Data Center Delivery Country Lead for Google Norway on a 230MW Campus. Prior to that he worked for Linesight a Cost & Project Management consultancy, where he worked as a Program Director for Microsoft, EdgeConneX, Colt & CyrusOne. Whilst there, he led teams across the European markets who were responsible for  engineering and construction management of Data Center projects.

He has also held senior roles in John Sisk & Son a Data Center GC as well as senior roles in Leighton group companies & Lendlease in Australia / APAC.
